Wynn Al Marjan Island Reaches Topping Out, Marking a Defining Milestone in the Creation of the Region’s First Fully Integrated Resort

A major milestone was reached at Wynn Al Marjan Island as the project celebrated its Structural Top Out—an important step in delivering the region’s first fully integrated resort.

As a construction partner, ALEC joined Wynn Al Marjan Island and Marjan to commemorate this achievement, reflecting the scale, pace, and precision behind the build. Reaching the highest structural concrete point was made possible by close collaboration, advanced construction methods, and the dedication of thousands on site.

To mark the Topping Out, senior leaders from Wynn Al Marjan Island, Wynn Design & Development and Marjan came together at the top of the tallest man-made structure in Ras Al Khaimah.

Guests received commemorative steel bars and poured the final concrete, sealing this landmark moment.

With the main structure now complete, interior works are underway, bringing this world-class destination closer to reality and highlighting the collective effort shaping Ras Al Khaimah’s new skyline icon.
