ALEC Holdings Partners with EAD on First-of-Its-Kind Mangrove Restoration Pilot

ALEC Holdings has partnered with the Environment Agency – Abu Dhabi (EAD) on a three-year, first-of-its-kind hydrological restoration pilot to strengthen the long-term health and resilience of Abu Dhabi’s mangroves.

The project will explore how restoring natural hydrological conditions can support the long-term health and resilience of Abu Dhabi’s mangrove ecosystems.

The collaboration will also create opportunities for ALEC Holdings employees to participate in environmental education, citizen science volunteering activities.As ALEC Holdings’ first flagship nature-restoration investment with measurable biodiversity outcomes, this partnership marks an important step in turning our commitment to biodiversity into tangible, science-led action.
