ALEC Holdings Youth Connect 2026 Brings Emirati Youth and Leaders Together

In celebration of International Youth Day, the ALEC Holdings Youth Council organized ALEC Holdings Youth Connect 2026 – “Youth Voices, Leadership Insights.”

The event brought together Emirati youth and senior leaders, creating a platform for open dialogue, knowledge sharing, and meaningful engagement.

Through leadership discussions and interactive workshops, participants shared their experiences, ideas, and practical recommendations to support the continued development and empowerment of Emirati talent across ALEC Holdings.
