ALEC Holdings Launches AI Capability Program to Build Future AI Champions

At ALEC Holdings, we are building AI capability across the group as the next step in our AI journey.

Over four days, more than 130 colleagues joined the opening day of the ALEC AI Capability Program, with a core cohort of 55 participants continuing from Day 2 onwards.

Working in cross-functional teams, they tackled real business opportunities submitted from across the group.The programme focused on helping teams redesign ways of working and test ideas before investing in AI.

By the final day, each team had developed a practical concept for applying AI to one of the challenges they explored.

This first cohort marks the beginning of a longer journey to build AI capability across the group and develop future AI Champions.
