• ALEC Holdings Corporate Office achieved LEED Platinum, and the ALEMCO Corporate Office and ALEC Dubai Industrial City Yard earned LEED Gold.
• ISO 14001:2015 covers all operations, with 69% of waste diverted from landfill and 6.421 MWp of solar capacity installed across assets and active projects.
• Our offsite construction facility expanded with ALEMCO MEP modules being fabricated across four facilities, complementing Target Steel Industries’ and LINQ Modular’s offsite fabrication offerings.Social:
• Lost-time injury frequency was 0.097 per million man-hours, while ISO 45001:2018 covers all operations.
• Over 8,000 workers were trained, more than 250 were promoted to staff roles, and 11,000+ beneficiaries were reached through community impact projects.
• 99% close-out rate on worker welfare issues.Governance:
• ISO 9001:2015 covers all businesses.
• 100% closure rate of cases reported on whistleblowing platform ALEC Alert, and 3,132 vendors certified compliance with Vendor Code of Conduct.
• Recognised with EcoVadis ‘Committed’ badge and Dubai Chamber ESG Label (Advanced Maturity)
