ALEC's permanent managerial staff complement is currently in excess of 1 400 people, from over 30 countries around the world, providing access to best practice and innovation from various markets. The substantial skilled labour teams within ALEC have been built over the years to ensure ALEC retains the ability to deliver the quality products expected by our clients. With over 6 000 people directly employed, ALEC has the ability to execute a large portion of our projects without being over reliant on the overheated subcontracting market. New employees are all individually tested and selected from their home countries. Their transition into the UAE market is carefully managed through structured induction and training programmes in order to best utilize individual skills in utmost safety within the organization.
