ALEC has successfully bid to construct a 5 star resort hotel on Saadiyat beach, Abu Dhabi.
Developed by the Al Jaber Group and to be operated by Shangri La, this 86000m2
luxury resort hotel will be delivered within a contract period of 20 months. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2010, with the project being worth an estimated AED 600 million. |
