Abu Dhabi National Hotels awarded ALEC the Beach Resort and Hotel at Saadiyat Island worth an estimated AED 672 million, which will be operated by Park Hyatt.
Construction works include a 314 key six-storey Hotel including all FF&E, a single basement for MEP and parking for 430 vehicles, a health club, four F&B outlets, ballroom & conference facilities; a presidential villa, three 2-bedroom villas; four single storey ryads; three double storey ryads; a kids club; a beach house; all landscaping, external works and services.
