ALEC are the official sponsors of the Oman Cricket team going into the ICC Twenty 20 World Cup Qualifier to be held in the UAE from 13th  - 24th March 2012.

At a luncheon held in Muscat, Oman Cricket vice-chairman and vice-captain His Highness Qais Khalid Qais Al Said thanked team sponsors Al Jaber LEGT Engineering & Contracting Oman LLC (ALEC). "I am thankful to the team from ALEC for supporting the national team," he said. "We have prepared well for the tournament and hopefully we will do well," said the vice-captain.
